DMCA Policy
We process copyright notices and counter-notices consistent with applicable copyright law.
1. Submitting a Copyright Notice
Send notices to support@saasfolk.com with a clear subject line indicating a copyright complaint.
A valid notice must identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material by URL, provide contact details, and include required legal statements of good faith and authority.
2. Notice Review Process
If a notice is complete and appears valid, we may remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the affected account.
Notices that are incomplete, abusive, or facially invalid may be rejected.
3. Counter-Notices
Affected users may submit a counter-notice if they believe content was removed in error or that lawful use applies.
Valid counter-notices may result in restoration unless the original claimant files legal action within the applicable statutory period.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts with repeated or willful copyright violations may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.
