Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of SaaSFolk services operated by GLINR STUDIOS.

If you create an account, submit a listing, or otherwise use the platform, you agree to these terms and related policies referenced in the Legal Center.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update account details when they change.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable law.

You may submit or manage only products that you own or are authorized to represent.

Listing content must be accurate, lawful, and not materially misleading.

• No impersonation, forged verification, or false affiliation claims.
• No malicious software, phishing, scams, or illegal offers.
• No artificial ranking manipulation, fake engagement, or vote abuse.

Paid subscriptions and promotional placements are processed through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Taxes, refund rights, and billing disputes are handled under plan terms and applicable consumer protection law.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform.

You grant SaaSFolk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the service.

We may remove content, limit account features, or suspend accounts that violate these terms, our policies, or applicable law.

We may terminate access for repeated abuse, fraud, security threats, legal non-compliance, or significant risk to platform integrity.

The service is provided on an as available and as is basis, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, GLINR STUDIOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may revise these terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes.

Updated terms are effective on publication unless a later effective date is stated.

Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
