1. Scope and Controller

This Privacy Policy applies to SaaSFolk services operated by GLINR STUDIOS.

For most account, listing, and product analytics data, GLINR STUDIOS acts as the data controller.

2. Information We Collect

Account data, including email address, authentication identifiers, profile fields, and account status metadata.

Listing and community data, including product submissions, links, screenshots, comments, and moderation records.

Technical and security data, including log events, browser or device signals, abuse flags, and rate-limit events.

Support communications, including messages, attachments, and request history submitted to support.

Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored in SaaSFolk application databases.

3. Sources of Data

We collect data directly from you when you register, publish listings, verify ownership, manage billing, or contact support.

We also receive data from integrated providers such as OAuth login services and payment processors.

5. How We Use Data

To provide account access, product discovery, listing management, ownership verification, and analytics features.

To detect fraud, spam, abuse patterns, and suspicious account behavior.

To process billing, maintain records, and send service-related notices.

To improve search relevance, ranking quality, and trust and safety systems.

6. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal data.

We share data with essential processors only as needed to provide and secure the service.

We may disclose data when required for legal compliance, rights protection, security investigations, or enforcement.

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers.
  • Authentication providers used for sign-in and verification.
  • Stripe for billing and payment operations.
  • Email and communications providers for transactional notifications.

7. International Data Transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we use contractual and technical safeguards required by applicable law.

Cross-border transfers are limited to approved processors required for secure service delivery.

8. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute handling, and legitimate business purposes.

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Backups and security logs may remain for limited periods to support resilience, fraud prevention, and incident response.

9. User Rights and Requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability.

You can submit rights requests by contacting support from your registered account email.

We may request reasonable identity verification before fulfilling requests.

10. Regional Disclosures

California residents may request disclosure of categories of personal information collected, shared, and retained, subject to statutory exceptions.

EEA and UK residents may exercise rights under applicable data protection law, including complaint rights with a supervisory authority.

SaaSFolk does not sell personal information as defined by applicable privacy laws.

11. Security Safeguards

We implement technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and security monitoring.

Controls include credential protections, audit logging, anti-abuse systems, and incident response workflows.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously evaluate and improve our controls.

12. Automated Decision Systems

We may use automated systems for spam detection, abuse prevention, and ranking integrity analysis.

When appropriate, enforcement outcomes may include human review.

13. Children and Age Limits

SaaSFolk is not intended for children under 13.

If we determine that child personal data was collected without required consent, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or product changes.

Material updates may be announced in product, by email, or in the Legal Center.
